Job Description
APM and CUA are partnering to strengthen families and support community resilience. The Strengthening Families Coordinator will establish collaborative relationships with community organizations, engage families in positive life changes, and provide support to children, youth, and families. This role involves facilitating Parent Cafés, conduct orientations, and manage communication and outreach.
Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of social services, child welfare, and family system services
- Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of community resources
- FBI fingerprint results, Child Abuse clearance, Criminal Record clearance, Medical Exam, and TB test results
