APM is seeking a Compassionate Wellbeing Specialist to serve children and families in the Logan and Olney Police Districts in Philadelphia. The role involves physical, mental, and dental health services, promoting family well-being through home visits, parent-child relationships, and connecting families with resources. The Specialist will be part of a CUA Case Management Team, assisting families with their insurance and healthcare needs.
