Job Description
APM, a nonprofit organization in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Fee for Service Mental Health Professional to evaluate and treat clients in their Early Childhood Education, Foster Care, Child Welfare, and Behavioral Health programs. This role involves coordinating psychiatric evaluations, providing counseling, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with the client and primary care physician. The team is dedicated to helping families achieve their greatest potential and offering competitive compensation.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health discipline (psychology, counseling, etc.)
- Minimum of two years’ experience as a psychotherapist
- Knowledge of basic computer skills (typing or legible writing)
- FBI, criminal background check, and child abuse clearances within 90 days of hire.
- CPSL certificate training
