Veterinary Technician Medical Staff and Floor Manager

The Licensed Veterinary Technician Staff and Floor Manager at the Community Veterinary Clinic will support two medical functions, directing workflow on the floor, assisting the veterinarian, and communicating with clients. The role requires a Registered Veterinary Technician with experience in small animal medicine and surgery, and a minimum of two years of people management experience.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited school of veterinary science technology (2 or 4 year program)
• Minimum five years experience as a Registered Veterinary Technician in small animal medicine and surgery
• Minimum two years people management experience
• Current New York State Veterinary Technician License
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
