Job Description
Aspire is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide on-call, as-needed support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) homes. This is an essential role, requiring commitment to a minimum of two full shifts per month and offering flexibility, as well as meaningful impact.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- DSP certification
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required criminal background checks
- Proficiency with computers/mobile devices
- Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours
- Willingness to work at least two full shifts per month
