After School Educator (TK)

The After School Educator provides academic intervention, homework support, and enrichment activities to students as part of a high-quality after school program. S/he independently supervises groups of students, facilitates learning, and works with other members of the After School Program team to meet the academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and physical needs of all students.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively plan and implement lessons and program activities
• Ability to effectively manage classroom and promote responsible student behavior and decision-making
• Knowledge of child and/or youth development concepts and different learning styles
