Job Description
ASRC Federal is looking for a Senior Capture Management Analyst to join its new capture team focused on task order growth and direct awards. The ideal candidate is a tactical and process-driven professional with a strong strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable leading pursuits and managing business opportunities from start to finish.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–7 years of experience in capture management or a related field
- Proven experience supporting or leading successful capture efforts
- Strong organizational, analytical, and process-oriented skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, large corporate environment
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and help build processes for a growing capture organization
