Field Application Engineer

Role Overview

As a Field Application Engineer, you'll support HID's success by representing the company as a low-level technical expert for EAT-RFID products, providing low-level support for partner integration, and preparing low-level documentation for application notes and technical papers. You'll also provide on-site partner support and training. You'll work as part of a global team in a flexible work environment, learning and enhancing your expertise.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in field application engineering, technical sales, or a related role
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities (English)
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
• Customer-focused attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic environments
