Lean and Automation Manager (M/F)

The Lean and Automation Manager will be responsible for improving process flow in assembly, manufacturing, and other primary processes, and implementing automation using Lean principles. The role involves project management, data analysis, and communication with teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Train in Lean Management and Continuos Improvement tools
• Minimum 5 years' experience
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Decision making attitude
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Good sensitivity and concern for the sustainability issues
• Ability to work as a team
