Job Description
Fleming and Baron is looking for a Production Planner to create and manage production work orders, ensuring materials, schedules, and ship dates align with customer commitments.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education and/or Certification in Inventory management, supply chain management, operations management, or related field.
- 3+ years of production planning experience in manufacturing
- Experience working in a unionized environment
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience
- Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills
- Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement principles
- Ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
