Quality Test Engineer

Leads a team of technicians in planning, execution, and improvement of testing procedures for products and systems. Combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality deliverables and team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Three to five years of experience in testing or quality assurance with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• LEAN/6 Sigma Certification – Green Belt desired
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in testing tools and equipment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
