As a Customer Success Manager specializing in Alternative Investments, you will be the strategic partner for our institutional clients, guiding them through their entire journey with us—from onboarding through long-term collaboration. You’ll navigate complex financial, operational, and technological landscapes while taking ownership of client relationships, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field
- First practical experience in project management, finance, consulting, or customer success is an advantage
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with institutional clients
- Proactive, reliable, and curious personality with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to understand and structure complex information
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and functions
- Excellent German and English skills, French is a plus
- Certifications (strongly preferred) Project Management: PRINCE 2, PMP, or similar Investment: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst), or equivalent
