We are looking for a motivated Billing Specialist to provide support to the Finance department by managing various aspects of billing tasks.
Requirements
- Set up new contracts within our project management system
- Prepare customer SaaS and maintenance renewal quotes
- Create and transmit customer billings
- Be a point of contact with customers
- Coordinate with accounts receivable, accounting, and collections on matters of delinquent accounts
