Requirements
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships within the aviation market.
- Assess market conditions, create account strategies, and execute action plans to grow existing accounts and capture new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates, call reports, and expense reports in Salesforce.
- Oversee customer profiling, service quality, and retention strategies.
- Prepare competitive price quotes, track activity, and follow up proactively.
- Manage territory effectively to maximize market coverage.
- Monitor customer credit and collaborate with the credit team when necessary.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Perform additional duties as required.
