Home Care Liaison

Associated Home Care is a mission-driven organization that provides comprehensive, vetted, and coordinated in-home service networks to seniors and their families. We are seeking a Home Care Liaison to lead business development and account management efforts in their assigned territory.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of measured success in Sales and Marketing or private pay healthcare role
• Preferred experience in Home Health, Home Care or Hospice
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
