Role Overview

Join Associated Materials Innovations as a Production Associate in our West Salem, OH location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for operating equipment, assembling window components, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. We are looking for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and develop their skillset further.

What You Will Do

Operate equipment or machinery, assemble window components, inspect product for defects, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. You will also be responsible for loading machines, packing finished product, and preparing labels/stickers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance and 80lbs-100lb with assistance
