The Association Devenir is seeking a Director of Social Inclusion Pole to lead its services in Child Protection. The role requires a strong background in management and Child Protection, with experience in directing a pole or establishments. The position involves developing and implementing establishment projects, ensuring safety and quality of educational accompaniment, and maintaining a positive work climate.

Requirements

• CAFDÉS or Master 2 in the management of health and social establishments
• Very good knowledge of the Child Protection sector
• Confirmed experience in direction of pole or establishments
• Solid skills in team management, project management, and ability to federate a team and accompany change
• Driving license B required
