The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional to develop and implement individual treatment plans for clients. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a Master's degree and experience working in social services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or Master's degree
• Experience working in social services required
• Valid driver's license and minimum liability insurance
• Ability to navigate stairs
• Ability to provide services in clients' homes
