Direct Support Professional - Community Day Services (54716)

The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP will provide support and supervision, engage clients in daily activities, and maintain a safe environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with physical needs
• Ability to intervene physically using applied CPI techniques and/or restraints after training
