They are looking for a Treatment Counselor to champion patient satisfaction and ensure patients receive a great experience. The role involves financial and insurance benefit coordination, patient scheduling, and sales and collection goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years dental treatment coordinating experience
• 1-3 years customer service or sales experience
• Knowledge of Dental Billing
• Equivalent of HS Diploma or GED
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Self-motivated and ambitious sales attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality
