Experienced Nuclear Project Manager

Role Overview

As a Nuclear Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary engineering projects for EDF CNEPE, primarily on new nuclear projects (EPR2) and existing nuclear power plants. You are responsible for the successful execution of the projects entrusted to you, from launch to closure, in accordance with cost, schedule, quality, and performance commitments.

What You Will Do

Your main missions are: Pilot engineering nuclear multi-disciplinary projects; Define and implement the project organization and performance indicators; Animate client meetings and internal reporting; Follow the progress of studies and ensure compliance with contractual commitments; Ensure financial project management (revenue, margin, cash, amendments, claims); Identify and manage project risks; Coordinate technical interfaces between different engineering disciplines; Pilot subcontractors and partners; Contribute to project performance improvement through Lean and continuous improvement approaches; Ensure the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bac+5 engineering or university degree
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in the nuclear sector or in a demanding industrial environment
• Solid skills in project management: Cost, schedule, and quality management; Contractual management; Technical team coordination; Risk management; Client relations

• Ability to federate teams around common objectives
• Minimum B2 level of English
