This hybrid role is based in Bridgwater and is suited to candidates living within commuting distance of the area or willing to relocate. The role supports configuration alignment and engineering integration across two major nuclear programmes.
Requirements
- Nuclear experience is valuable, particularly from new build, decommissioning or defence programmes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Experience within nuclear, defence or highly regulated engineering environments
- Strong understanding of configuration management and engineering design control
- Experience working within complex mechanical systems on major infrastructure programmes
- Ability to analyse engineering datasets and identify improvement opportunities
- Experience managing engineering documentation and configuration baselines
- Understanding of installation, commissioning and engineering transition phases
