Technical Writer

AST is seeking a Technical Writer to support documentation for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technology. The Technical Writer will develop, maintain, and standardize technical documentation that supports AST’s pharmaceutical equipment, systems, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Authoring and maintaining engineering and manufacturing documentation
• Supporting document standardization, version control, and change management activities
• Ensuring technical content is clear, traceable, and aligned with regulatory and industry expectations
• Establish and maintain a process for generating whitepapers, customer case studies and other technical content
• Prepare and maintain machine documentation that is delivered to customers
• Assist with Human Machine Interface content development
• Define and maintain standards, style and terminology for written documents
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure all technical documentation needs are met
