As a Platform Engineer, you will be a crucial player in driving our digital initiatives forward in our agile organization. You will design, develop, and configure business platforms to meet the specific needs of our organization, ensuring seamless integration between different business platforms and systems. You will also provide technical support to platform users, resolve issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., HR, Computer Science, Data Science
• Experience and skills in supporting and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- English and Japanese
