2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Role Overview

Manufacturing NE Supervisor provides front-line leadership to the manufacturing associates. Supports Manager I of assigned area with continuous improvement activity.

What You Will Do

Directly supervises associates, ensures proper safety practices, promotes a safety-first, quality-driven, productive work environment, and monitors training.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires effective communication skills, problem-solving, and root cause analysis. Prefer experience or knowledge of measuring tools and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 12 months related education, experience and/or training in a similar position
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Basic Computer skills such as, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, email, etc.
• Effective communication skills in a professional environment from General Level associates up to Executive Management
• Effective problem solving and root cause analysis using the accepted method
