Engineering Manager

Role Overview

Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the successful launch of new production lines, launch of individual machines, and modification of existing production lines for new products. Responsible for creating and executing strategic plans to ensure the equipment portion of new business remains competitive.

What You Will Do

Creation and execution of strategic plans, ensuring new equipment meets company standards, maintaining long-term equipment plans, and supporting cross-functional improvement teams.
