Senior ICT Test Engineer

Role Overview

The Senior ICT Test Engineer serves as a key technical leader responsible for defining and executing test strategy, design, development, and continuous improvement efforts focused on In-Circuit Test (ICT) systems within the manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and validate automated In-Circuit test systems for electronic assemblies and finished products. Provide technical leadership in solving complex test and product-related issues on the production floor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in ICT test engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency with ICT platforms such as Keysight 3070, Teradyne TestStation, or equivalent systems
• Experience 6+ years in electronic testing within a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment
• Demonstrates participative management in problem solving
• Ability to analyze test data and drive root-cause/failure analysis
• Possess strong time management skills to simultaneously manage multiple projects
