Technical Lead Product Engineer

Astera Labs is seeking an experienced Technical Lead Product Engineer to lead and develop next generation high-speed, high performance and low power semiconductor products in advanced process node.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in post silicon product development dealing with high-speed XCVR
• Experience in working with RF testing and characterization
• Knowledge of spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNA), and other RF test equipment
• Strong academic/technical background in electrical or computer engineering
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player with great communication skills
• Professional attitude with the ability to prioritize a dynamic list of multiple tasks
