
Job description
Astound is a leading provider of internet, WiFi, mobile, and TV services, dedicated to connecting communities and empowering lives through innovative technology. As a Community Relations Manager, you will act as a workplace liaison, mediating between community properties, management, and employees to ensure contract compliance, rapport, resolving escalations and grievances, and fostering positive communication.
You will negotiate renewal of 40 units & under contracts, facilitate swift resolution to any issues that may arise at the multifamily community, address community-wide service problems and escalated resident issues, and consistently communicate pertinent information to the property manager.
You will be an Astound ambassador to the multifamily community, advocating for the multifamily community with internal stakeholders. You will also utilize promotional campaigns, onsite activities and internal resources to achieve established goals, and provide training on all new and existing products and solutions.
