Job Description
Systems Administrator II (Weekend Shift) provides operational support to assigned teams, resolves issues, and maintains systems and infrastructure. The role involves working with tickets, networking systems, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in systems administration.
Requirements
- Monitor ticket queue and IM channels
- Manage and resolve troubleshooting tickets
- Maintain contact with 3rd parties and represent the assigned team
- Provide out of business hours support and 24/7 on-call support
