IT Systems & Network Administrator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and scale our internal infrastructure. This role requires a strong background in networking, cloud systems, and SaaS administration, along with hands-on experience supporting end users in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Will Do

Administer and maintain a Ubiquiti-based network environment, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco network equipment, manage and support secure environments within Microsoft GCC High, oversee identity, access, and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure, and provide administration and support for collaboration and productivity platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in a startup environment
• Proven experience administering Ubiquiti network infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (routing, switching, firewall configuration)
• Experience working within Microsoft GCC High environments
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (identity, compute, networking, and security)
• Experience supporting and administering Zoom, Slack, Notion, and Microsoft Teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network, systems, SaaS platforms, and end-user environments
• Experience providing direct end-user support in a professional setting
• Experience managing IT equipment procurement and maintaining asset inventory systems
• Experience creating technical documentation and operational processes
