Student Assistant – Alumni Outreach

Requirements

• Create initial drafts of presentations and briefs/memos for stakeholders
• Maintain reporting decks and documents as assigned
• Assist with maintenance of the alumni story database
• Lead select projects and assist with other assignments related to alumni engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the ASU Outreach Hub
• Contribute to projects related to the success of Sun Devil Rewards
• Review current literature and research on alumni engagement strategies
• Assist in documenting alumni engagement efforts across the ASU Enterprise
• Assist with analyzing data from internal and external partners
