
Job description
The Sales Enablement Coach is a pivotal role designed to elevate our sales team's effectiveness through strategic coaching and data-driven insights. This role is tasked with integrating advanced coaching methodologies within the Operations division, targeting performance enhancements and the adoption of the "Serve Solve Sale" methodology.
Implement targeted coaching practices, promote the "Serve Solve Sale" philosophy, lead performance improvement initiatives, develop and execute refined coaching cadences, and measure the impact of coaching interventions on sales performance.
This role requires extensive experience in sales management, coaching, and performance analytics, a proven track record of enhancing performance within underperforming teams, strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities, and an analytical mindset with a focus on results-driven problem-solving and performance improvement.
