Job Description
This Team Member (TM.) role is a crucial part of the organization's mission to become the leading Home Décor retailer. The TM supports all operational processes, ensures a positive shopping experience, and maintains a customer-focused environment. Responsibilities include cashier duties, freight handling, store maintenance, and contributing to overall store effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
