Zone Lead - FT

Zone Leads (ZL) are key personnel responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing tasks, ensuring store efficiency, and driving sales within designated zones. This role involves providing expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, and implementing in-store marketing elements to reinforce promotions and guest engagement. The ZL acts as a role model, coach, and supporter of the team.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/Equivalent
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Adaptability to work independently and in a team
