Zone Lead - FT

The Zone Lead supports merchandising in designated zones and maintains an active selling culture by ensuring that all visual aspects are set and upheld to documented company standards designed to drive sales.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations relate them to the store environment and adapt to different store designs and architecture.
• Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, etc.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior.
