Requirements
- Completed technical education with proven experience in quality engineering or a comparable role
- Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing, quality management, and statistical methods
- Proven experience in customer complaint management and structured problem-solving (e.g. 8D)
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Confident in working with SAP and MS Office tools
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to represent company interests professionally
