Digital Literacy & Governance Specialist

AT&S is looking for a Digital Literacy & Governance Specialist to ensure the responsible use of modern digital technologies across the company. The successful candidate will coordinate digital literacy trainings, steer communication activities, develop data governance policies, and facilitate collaboration between business units and IT.

Requirements

• Completed education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in data management, governance, or related functions
• Familiarity with data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural collaboration skills
• Problem-solving mindset paired with strong interpersonal capabilities
• Solid documentation skills with the ability to summarize processes and results clearly
• High interest in digital technologies (AI, data, hyperautomation) and their responsible use
