The Transport & Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing domestic and international transport operations, ensuring service levels and profitability targets are met, and leading the transport team to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' management experience in a similar transport or fleet role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Cost-conscious mindset and experience managing budgets and driving efficiencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong geographical knowledge and operational planning capability
- Experience managing or delivering projects and taking ownership
- Valid International CPC and good repute under EU Regulation 1071/2009
- A working knowledge of a European language
- Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment
- ADR qualification
- Full Clean C Licence desirable
