
Job description
We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and continuously improve Athena’s Workday environment. This role is responsible for day-to-day system operations, data integrity, reporting, and the ongoing optimization of HR processes that enable a high-quality employee experience and scalable people operations.
Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of Workday business processes (BPs), assist in designing and implementing solutions to improve HR processes and data management, perform data loads and updates using tools such as EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and business teams.
