Athena Executive Services connects business owners and executives with high‑caliber, part‑time virtual Executive Assistants who operate as independent contractors from their own home offices. Clients gain flexible support ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities while delegating routine tasks such as calendar management, inbox triage, travel planning, and document preparation. By leveraging remote assistants, companies eliminate overhead costs for office space, equipment, and benefits, resulting in measurable savings and improved work‑life balance. In addition to staffing, Athena offers a complimentary coaching program for first‑time assistant users and an eight‑hour, phone‑based coaching track for existing assistants to elevate their performance. The service emphasizes clear communication structures, ownership of to‑do items, and a results‑driven partnership that transforms a virtual assistant into a high‑performing executive support asset.
