SEC Reporting Senior Analyst

Role Overview

This role reports to the SEC Reporting AVP and works independently with peers and leaders across the organization to prepare and analyze the company’s SEC financial statements, management reports, and related financial statement disclosures to ensure their accuracy and integrity.

What You Will Do

Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10‐Q, 10‐K) and US GAAP financial statements, perform complex technical accounting analyses, and manage consolidations.

Strong analytical and research skills, ability to analyze complex transactions and accounting treatment, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technical accounting, SEC reporting, or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• CPA and/or FLMI designation preferred or in progress
