Process Engineer

Atkore is seeking a Process Engineer to be based out of the Pueblo, CO manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a 0 - 2 years of proven experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment and will be responsible for analyzing equipment, processes and materials to help move our organization towards operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or closely related field
• 0 - 2 years of experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment position, or closely related occupation
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact with all levels of operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use big data
• Self-starter with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement
