Financial Controller

Role Overview

The Financial Controller is a key member of the Finance team responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting operations, timely and accurate financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and partnering with leadership to support decision-making and profitable growth.

What You Will Do

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations, and ensure adherence to GAAP, local accounting policies and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA/ACCA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3 years in a supervisory or Controller/Assistant Controller capacity and management experience
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, accounting policy, and internal controls
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for modeling, reconciliations, and analyses
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
• High level of integrity, judgment, logic, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines
