Join the Atlassian Advisory Services team as a Senior Solution Consultant with a focus on Enterprise Strategy & Planning as well as ITSM. Collaborate with peers to deliver strategic outcomes, partner with customers to solve business challenges, and cultivate industry expertise.
Collaborate with peers, partner with customers, identify opportunities for service and product expansion, cultivate industry expertise, create technical solution content, and advocate for customer needs.
This role requires 6-8 years of experience in SaaS companies, 5+ years in customer-facing roles, and demonstrated expertise in ITSM. You'll have the opportunity to work with large customers, engage with cross-team projects, and influence customer stakeholders.
