
Job description
Join the Atlassian Advisory Services team as a Solutions Consultant with a Cloud Platform focus. Collaborate with peers to deliver exceptional service to customers, partner with customers to solve business challenges, and cultivate industry and solution expertise. Work with non-customer-facing teams to advocate for customer needs and innovative solutions. Spend up to 30% of time traveling for internal and customer-facing events.
Collaborate with peers to align on strategic outcomes, partner with customers to solve business challenges, identify and promote opportunities for service and product expansion, create technical solution content, and partner with non-customer-facing teams to advocate for customer needs.
4-6 years of experience in SaaS companies, 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrated expertise in Atlassian Cloud Platform, experience administering Atlassian Cloud ecosystems, background in SaaS based-architectures, and experience performing Atlassian's Cloud migration process.
