Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE based applications and Object Oriented technologies
• Strong Java Servlet experience
• Strong WebServices
• Strong EJB 3.0, JPA/API, Hibernate
• Proficient in Spring and AOP
• Solid Design and Object Oriented Application Development (OOAD) experience
• Experience on Unit Testing (Junit)
• Knowledgeable in SQL and Oracle 11g
• Must possess strong communication skills
• Quick to learn new stuff and should be able to resolve issues independently
• Should have managed a team of minimum 15-20 people
• Good comm skills are a big priority
