Senior Application Engineer- JAVA

We specialize in Staffing, Consulting, Software Development, and Training along with IT services to small to medium size companies. We provide application analysis, design, development and programming, software engineering, systems development, testing, integration, and implementation, and management consulting services to various clients throughout the United States and India.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of Java related experience.
• IT applications development, design, and analysis and data modeling experience.
• Expert level knowledge of Java/J2EE.
• Experience with design techniques such as Domain-Driven Design, Design by Contract, and Domain Specific Languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Development technologies: Java frameworks (Hibernate, spring, EJB3, JSF, Tapestry, Groovy/Grails a plus), Application Servers (JBoss), RBDMS (Oracle, PL/SQL), Testing Tools.
• Some experience with dynamic languages (Groovy, Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• Good comm skills.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent education, training and experience. Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
