Director, Human Resources

ATS Life Sciences is seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead the integration of human resources plans and strategies in support of business and operational objectives. The role requires a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in HR management, including 5 years in a leadership position. The Director will be responsible for delivering HR services, providing counsel, and implementing HR programs and policies. The company offers a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $128,000 to $176,000 CAD per year, annual performance-based incentive bonus, 5% RRSP match, stock purchase plan, and comprehensive health and dental benefits.

Requirements

• Develop and execute on the people initiative roadmap to support business goals
• Lead future organizational design and change management initiatives
• Ensure effective administration of human resources functions, including total compensation, performance management, employee development, retention, wellness, and employee relations
• Collaborate with management and staff to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and succession planning
