Mechanical Project Engineer

ATS Automation is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to lead project technical execution and drive project success. The role requires a post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics design and/or engineering, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical/mechatronics design, development, and qualification of factory automation projects. The engineer will be responsible for technical leadership, project execution, and people management, and will be expected to work in compliance with divisional health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Mechatronics design and/or engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical/mechatronics design, development, and qualification of factory automation projects
• Proven leadership qualities, including good oral and written communication skills, ability to lead and lead team members, and willingness to take responsibility and ownership for technical project execution
